BLUF: The best LinkedIn personal branding agency for a B2B executive is the one that keeps your opinions on the page and asks for an amount of your time you will actually give. This page scores six real options on five weighted criteria, checked on October 15, 2026. Your Social Strategy's 1:1 Mentorship is listed first, and I run it, so the method and the scores are here for you to check. It is the non-agency option. You write, I review. If you have no time to write at all, Rethoric is the strongest done-for-you pick on these criteria, and it scores within a tenth of a point of Mentorship. Choose a PR-led firm like Prestidge Group or Delightful when LinkedIn is one piece of a wider media plan.
Key takeaways
- Decide who writes before you compare agencies. Every option here except Mentorship writes for you.
- Voice ownership carries the most weight in this ranking. An executive feed that sounds like an agency stops starting conversations.
- Check how the agency gets your ideas. A regular interview call is the minimum. Ask how often, and who runs it.
- Match the scope to the job. A LinkedIn-only agency, a PR firm and a company-wide advocacy program solve different problems.
- Any result promised on a sales page is a goal, not a guarantee. Judge an agency on its process.
- Prices are not listed here. Ask each provider and compare offers over the same number of months.

How we ranked these LinkedIn personal branding agencies
Each option is scored 1 to 5 on five criteria, from the seat of a B2B executive who wants LinkedIn to bring client and partner conversations. The total is each score times its weight, out of 5.
Criterion | Weight | What a 5 means |
Voice ownership | 30% | The posts carry your own opinions and stories, and you can keep doing it after the engagement ends |
B2B executive fit | 20% | Built for leaders who sell to other businesses, with conversations as the goal over follower counts |
LinkedIn depth | 20% | LinkedIn is the core service, not one channel in a long list |
Executive time cost | 15% | Asks little of your calendar each week (a 5 means the least time) |
Transparency | 15% | Process, scope and format are stated clearly in public |
Option | Voice | Exec fit | LinkedIn depth | Time cost | Transparency | Total |
YSS 1:1 Mentorship | 5 | 4 | 5 | 2 | 4 | 4.2 |
Rethoric | 3 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 3 | 4.1 |
BAMF | 3 | 3 | 5 | 4 | 3 | 3.55 |
Linkedist | 3 | 3 | 4 | 4 | 3 | 3.35 |
Prestidge Group | 3 | 4 | 3 | 4 | 2 | 3.2 |
Delightful | 3 | 4 | 2 | 3 | 3 | 3.0 |

Sources checked: each provider's own website, linked in its section below, checked on October 15, 2026. This page was first published that day, so nothing has changed since an earlier version. Scores are my judgment from what those sources state. They are not a survey, and they are not a review of anyone's client results. I run the Mentorship listed first, so weigh my score for it with that in mind. If your calendar is the constraint, give time cost more weight and Rethoric moves to the top.
Who this list is for
This list is for founders, CEOs and senior leaders at B2B companies who want a LinkedIn presence that starts real conversations with buyers and partners, and who are comparing named agencies.
Skip it if you are still deciding whether to hire help at all. Start with LinkedIn ghostwriter vs Mentorship vs course vs agency, which compares the types of help side by side. If you want the questions to score an agency with, skip to "How to choose a LinkedIn personal branding agency" below. If you want a coach who reviews your posts, the best LinkedIn content coaches for founders page ranks those.
1. Your Social Strategy 1:1 Mentorship (Frank Velasquez)
What it is
A 6-week 1:1 LinkedIn Mentorship. It is listed here because executives shopping for an agency are often deciding between paying someone to write and learning to do it themselves. Before the first call I go through your profile and your last 10 to 15 posts. The first calls cover your offer, the stories that build trust, and what you know from doing the work. Those calls become an idea bank. From week three you write, I review every draft, and every other week we look at what landed.
I run content at a ghostwriting agency, so I see the agency side every day. I review and approve every post the writers send. When we were hiring writers, it surprised me how many applicants sent writing done with AI alone. It's easy to spot. Executives reading your feed can spot it too. That's why voice ownership carries the most weight in the scoring above.
Best for
Executives who want posts that sound like them and want the skill to stay in-house after the six weeks.
Where it falls short
You have to write. If you cannot protect two to three hours a week, it will stall, and an agency is the better buy. It is 1:1 only, with four people at a time, so there can be a wait. It does not include PR, ads, outreach systems or posting for you.
Who it is best for
A B2B founder or executive with opinions, some protected writing time and no wish to hand their name to a team of writers.
Book a discovery call to see if it fits your calendar.
2. Rethoric
What it is
A LinkedIn content consultancy for technical founders and executive teams. Rethoric went through Y Combinator in Winter 2021, and its website says it works with Series A+ and enterprise companies. Its FAQ says posting 3 to 4 times a week takes a 1-hour interview call each month plus about an hour to review the batch. Human writers draft the posts, and the service also includes daily commenting and outreach to the people engaging with you.
Best for
Funded founders who want a steady LinkedIn presence and have almost no time to write.
Where it falls short
You hand over the writing, so the voice depends on how well one interview a month captures you. Its About page describes the interviews as bi-monthly while the homepage says monthly, so confirm the cadence before you sign. It is built for tech companies, so an executive in another sector may find the fit looser.
Who it is best for
A Series A or later founder who can give an interview call and a review pass, and nothing more.
3. BAMF
What it is
A LinkedIn growth and personal brand agency for founders. Its website describes 20 custom posts per month, profile optimization and strategic outreach, with no long-term contracts. It also has a page for executives and separate pages for consultants, agency owners and SaaS founders.
Best for
Founders who want their profile, positioning and posts handled by one LinkedIn-focused team.
Where it falls short
The site leads with growth and reach, down to a gallery of viral LinkedIn posts. Reach is useful, but an executive selling to businesses needs posts aimed at buyers. Ask how they balance the two.
Who it is best for
A founder who wants a full LinkedIn package, possibly with outreach, and is comfortable with a team writing in their name.
4. Linkedist
What it is
A LinkedIn and AI search agency that works with B2B brands across Europe and says it has 7+ years as a LinkedIn marketing agency. Its personal branding page lays out five steps for founders and CEOs: profile audit, a branding call, content planning, content creation and ongoing optimization. It also sells LinkedIn ads, workshops, company content, ChatGPT ads and generative engine optimization.
Best for
Companies that want an executive's LinkedIn presence to run alongside ads and an employee advocacy program.
Where it falls short
The scope is broad. If you only want your own posts done well, a company-wide LinkedIn and AI search program is more than you need. Its site doesn't say how often you are interviewed or who reviews each executive post.
Who it is best for
A marketing leader who wants the CEO's profile, the company page and paid LinkedIn handled by one partner.
5. Prestidge Group
What it is
A personal branding and PR agency founded in 2016, with offices in Dubai, New York and London. Briar Prestidge is its CEO, according to its About page. Its social media management page covers CEO LinkedIn management and ghostwritten LinkedIn articles, next to press coverage, speaking engagements and other channels like Instagram and TikTok.
Best for
Senior executives who want LinkedIn to sit inside a wider plan that includes press and stage time.
Where it falls short
The firm's strength is media and PR. If what you need is a consistent weekly LinkedIn feed in your own voice, you are paying for a wider scope than that.
Who it is best for
A CEO or senior leader building a public profile across media, events and LinkedIn at the same time.
6. Delightful (formerly Delightful Communications)
What it is
An integrated marketing, executive branding and communications agency based in Seattle, formerly known as Delightful Communications. Its services page lists executive communications: personal branding, thought leadership content, social media strategy, executive speech writing and media training. The same agency also runs PR, influencer and partner marketing.
Best for
Executives at large companies who want personal branding, speeches and PR from one agency.
Where it falls short
Executive branding is one service in a wider marketing and PR offer, and its services page doesn't name LinkedIn. Ask who writes your posts week to week and how often you'll talk to them.
Who it is best for
A tech executive whose company already works with a PR partner and wants personal branding handled the same way.
How to choose a LinkedIn personal branding agency

Who writes the posts, and how do they get your ideas?
Ask how often you'll be interviewed and who writes the draft. If the answer is vague, the posts will be too.
Who reviews every draft before it goes out?
Ask for a name. At an agency, somebody senior should read every post before you do. If nobody does, you become the editor.
How much of your time does it really take?
Ask for the weekly number in hours. Done-for-you still means interviews and approvals. Mentorship means two to three hours of writing.
Is LinkedIn the core service or one channel of many?
A LinkedIn-only agency, a PR firm and an advocacy program are different purchases. Match the scope to your bottleneck.
How will they use AI?
Ask directly. AI-only writing is easy to spot, and your buyers read your feed. A good answer explains where a human writes and edits.
What do you keep when it ends?
Ask what stays with you, like the idea bank and the method. An agency that leaves you with nothing makes you dependent on the retainer.
Book a discovery call if you want to run these questions on 1:1 Mentorship.
FAQ
What is the best LinkedIn personal branding agency for B2B executives?
It depends on who you want writing. On this page's scoring, 1:1 Mentorship ranks first for executives who want to write their own posts with review on every draft. Rethoric is the strongest done-for-you option if you have no time to write.
How much does a LinkedIn personal branding agency cost?
It depends on scope, volume and how many channels are included, so prices are not listed here. Ask each provider and compare offers over the same number of months. For Mentorship, cost is scoped on a discovery call.
Is a LinkedIn ghostwriting agency the same as a personal branding agency?
They overlap. A ghostwriting agency writes your posts. A personal branding agency may also cover your profile, PR, speaking or ads. Check which one you are buying before you compare quotes.
Do these agencies only work with founders?
No. Rethoric says it works with founders and executive teams, and BAMF has a separate page for executives. Prestidge Group and Delightful focus on senior leaders more broadly. Ask each provider who it already works with in your industry.
Will an agency make my LinkedIn sound like everyone else?
It can, if the writers work from templates or AI alone. Ask how they capture your voice, how often they interview you and who edits every draft.
How much time does an executive need to give an agency?
Plan for an interview call and a review pass on every batch of posts. Ask each agency for the weekly hours in writing before you sign.
Should I hire an agency or learn to write my own posts?
Hire an agency if your calendar has no room for writing and you are comfortable with a team in your name. Learn to write if you want your voice in-house. The side-by-side is in LinkedIn ghostwriter vs Mentorship vs course vs agency.
What should I do if my current agency isn't working?
Name the problem first, whether it's the voice or the results. Then look at LinkedIn ghostwriter alternatives, which maps each reason to a different option.
What are red flags when hiring a LinkedIn agency?
Guaranteed follower or lead numbers, no named person reviewing your drafts, vague answers on AI and pressure to hand over your login on day one. Ask for the process in writing.
