BLUF: The best LinkedIn mentorship program for an executive is the one that fits a full calendar and still reads your actual posts. On those criteria, this page ranks five real programs, each checked on its provider's own page on October 17, 2026. Your Social Strategy's 1:1 Mentorship is listed first, and I run it, so the method and scores are on the page for you to check. Pavilion's Strategic Brand Building on LinkedIn is the strongest outside pick for go-to-market leaders, and JSM's Executive Branding Program fits executives who want the setup done with them.
Key takeaways
- Decide the unit first. A 1:1 program, a cohort course, a done-with-you package and a company team program solve four different problems.
- Executives run out of time before they run out of ideas. Pick a program whose weekly load you can actually carry.
- Review on your own drafts is the feature that moves the needle. Group sessions teach the method. Line-by-line feedback fixes your posts.
- Check who writes. Some executive programs hand the writing to a team, which is a different purchase than mentorship.
- Confirm the next start date. Two of the four outside programs here showed no open live run when I checked.
- Prices are not listed here. Ask each provider, and compare offers over the same length of time.

Best LinkedIn mentorship programs for executives at a glance
Program | Best for | Falls short | Delivery model | Who does the work | Price |
Your Social Strategy 1:1 Mentorship (Frank Velasquez) | Executives who want their own voice and a reviewer on every draft | You have to write. Only four people at a time | 6-week 1:1 program, optional ongoing calls | You write, mentor reviews every draft | Scoped on a discovery call |
Pavilion Strategic Brand Building on LinkedIn | VP and C-level go-to-market leaders who want a structured method | Course format. Virtual classes were not running when checked | 3-week executive course from Pavilion University | You | Ask the provider |
JSM Executive Branding Program (Jasmine Sandler) | C-level and VP executives who want the setup done with them | Coaching is a separate add-on. Heavy on assets, light on a weekly writing habit | Done-with-you package delivered within 4 weeks | JSM builds the assets, you post | Ask the provider |
Richard Bliss LinkedIn in the AI Era (Maven) | Sales-led leaders who want a short course on how the feed ranks posts | Two group sessions, no ongoing review. Past cohorts had ended, waitlist only | Two 90-minute live sessions, recorded | You | Ask the provider |
Great Influence LinkedIn for Leadership Teams | Companies that want a whole leadership team visible on LinkedIn | Bought by the company, not the individual. The agency writes content | Team program with strategy, 1:1 coaching, content and workshops | Agency and leaders together | Ask the provider |

How we ranked these LinkedIn mentorship programs
Each program is scored 1 to 5 on five criteria, from the seat of an executive or CEO who wants LinkedIn to start business conversations and wants to keep their own voice. The total is each score times its weight, out of 5.
Criterion | Weight | What a 5 means |
Review on your own posts | 25% | An experienced person reads your drafts and gives specific feedback |
Your voice stays yours | 20% | You write the posts. Nobody writes them for you |
Executive fit | 20% | Built for senior leaders, with their audience and stakes in mind |
Calendar fit | 15% | The weekly load is realistic for someone running a team or a company |
Transparency | 20% | Format, length, scope and next start are stated clearly on the provider's own page |
Program | Review | Voice | Executive fit | Calendar | Transparency | Total |
YSS 1:1 Mentorship | 5 | 5 | 3 | 3 | 4 | 4.1 |
Pavilion Strategic Brand Building | 2 | 5 | 5 | 4 | 3 | 3.7 |
JSM Executive Branding Program | 2 | 3 | 5 | 5 | 4 | 3.65 |
Richard Bliss LinkedIn in the AI Era | 2 | 5 | 3 | 5 | 3 | 3.45 |
Great Influence LinkedIn for Leadership Teams | 3 | 3 | 4 | 4 | 3 | 3.35 |

Sources checked: each provider's own page, linked in its section below, reviewed on October 17, 2026. This page was first published that day, so nothing has changed since an earlier version. Scores are my judgment from what those pages state, not a survey and not a review of anyone's client results. I run the Mentorship listed first, so weigh my score for it with that in mind. I gave it a 3 on executive fit and calendar fit because it was built for founders first and it asks you to write. Re-weight the criteria if your priorities are different.
Who this list is for
This list is for executives and CEOs who sell to other businesses, already have something to say, and want a structured program to help them say it on LinkedIn. It compares programs, meaning something with a start, a format and an end.
Skip it if you are a founder looking for an individual coach. That comparison is in best LinkedIn content coaches for founders. Skip it too if you want someone to write every post for you. Agencies fit better there, and I ranked those in best LinkedIn personal branding agencies for B2B executives. If you are still deciding between a ghostwriter, mentorship, a course and an agency, start with LinkedIn ghostwriter vs Mentorship vs course vs agency.
1. Your Social Strategy 1:1 Mentorship (Frank Velasquez)
What it is
A 6-week 1:1 LinkedIn Mentorship. Before the first call I go through your profile and your last 10 to 15 posts, so we skip the small talk. The first calls cover your offer and who you want to reach, the stories that build trust, and what you know because you've done it. I turn those calls into an idea bank and hand it over. From week three you post three times a week, I review every draft, and every other week we look at what landed. After six weeks you can keep the bi-weekly calls going or stop.
Best for
Executives who want to keep their own voice and build the skill themselves, with a person reading every draft.
Where it falls short
You have to write. If you cannot protect two to three hours a week, it will stall. For an executive, that time is the real constraint. It was built for founders first, so it does not cover company-wide employee advocacy or a comms team rollout. It is 1:1 only, with four people at a time, so there can be a wait.
Who it is best for
A CEO or senior leader with opinions and some protected writing time who wants feedback on real posts instead of a course. More on how this kind of work runs in what LinkedIn ghostwriting coaching is.

2. Pavilion Strategic Brand Building on LinkedIn
What it is
A course from Pavilion University, the training arm of Pavilion, a membership community for go-to-market executives. The course page calls it a 3-week executive playbook for LinkedIn growth, open to executive go-to-market leaders at VP level and above. It was designed by Pavilion CEO Sam Jacobs with Alec Paul, founder of the LinkedIn content advisory SalesBrand. The three classes cover your profile and target audience, your network and commenting strategy, and your content strategy and voice. The page also mentions a post-course profile review for early enrollees and optional 1:1 coaching for go-to-market leaders.
Best for
Go-to-market leaders who want a structured method from people who sit in the same seat.
Where it falls short
It is a course. You learn the framework, but weekly line-by-line review of your drafts is not part of the core program, and the 1:1 coaching is an extra. When checked, the course page said virtual classes were not currently running, and the class dates it showed were from a past run. Ask Pavilion when and in what format it runs next. It is built for sales, marketing, customer success and RevOps leaders, which narrows the fit for a CEO outside those functions.
Who it is best for
A VP or CRO who wants a clear playbook in three weeks and is happy to apply it alone.
3. JSM Executive Branding Program (Jasmine Sandler)
What it is
A done-with-you executive branding package from JSM, Jasmine Sandler's personal branding firm. The program page lists a personal branding business action plan, a content plan, messaging for social engagement, a sales action plan, a photoshoot, a scripted and edited intro video, and a LinkedIn profile enhancement and marketing plan. The program is delivered within 4 weeks, by appointment. Executive brand coaching is available separately on request.
Best for
C-level and VP executives planning a next move, such as their own consultancy, board seats, paid speaking, a book or a career jump, who want their presence set up properly without spending weeks learning how. The page names those goals directly.
Where it falls short
The package builds assets. It does not build a weekly writing habit, and line-by-line review of your posts is not part of the core program. Coaching is a separate purchase. The photoshoot is in New York City, with travel costs if you are elsewhere.
Who it is best for
An executive starting from a weak or outdated profile who wants a finished foundation first and can decide on ongoing help after.
4. Richard Bliss LinkedIn in the AI Era (Maven)
What it is
A short live online course on Maven from Richard Bliss, CEO of BlissPoint Consulting and author of Digital-First Leadership. The course page describes two 90-minute live sessions, recorded with lifetime access. It covers how LinkedIn ranks content today, drawing on research into more than 600,000 posts, plus profile fixes, a commenting method for prospecting, and a cadence of two to three posts a week. You leave with a 90-day content calendar template.
Best for
Sales-led leaders who want to understand how the feed works before they commit time to it.
Where it falls short
It is two group sessions, so there is no ongoing review of your drafts. The page is written for sales and business development professionals as much as for executives. When checked, every listed cohort had ended and the page offered a waitlist, so confirm the next start date before you plan around it. Maven also lists private cohorts for teams.
Who it is best for
An executive who wants a fast, low-commitment grounding in how LinkedIn works for selling, and plans to practice alone.
5. Great Influence LinkedIn for Leadership Teams
What it is
A leadership team program from Great Influence, the personal branding agency Ash Jones started in 2018 after four years building Steven Bartlett's personal brand. Its leadership teams page lists a personal brand strategy for the team, 1:1 coaching for leaders, planned and written content, video, content calendars tied to company initiatives, audits, monthly reporting, benchmarking against peers, and leadership team workshops. The page features a Booking.com leadership team case study. Launch coverage in 2025 called the service Great Leaders.
Best for
Companies that want several senior leaders posting at once, with the agency running the program.
Where it falls short
The buyer is the company, so it does not fit an executive looking for help on their own. Content creation is part of the service, which means your posts are not fully in your hands. The page lists scope but not length or format, so ask what a first engagement looks like.
Who it is best for
A CMO or comms lead rolling out LinkedIn across a leadership team who wants one partner to run it.
How to choose a LinkedIn mentorship program as an executive

How many hours a week will it really take?
Ask for the weekly load in hours, including writing time. If the answer does not fit the calendar you have now, the program will stall by week three.
Who writes the posts?
If the answer is "we do", you are buying ghostwriting or an agency. If it is "you do, we review", you are buying mentorship.
Will anyone read my drafts?
Ask how many of your posts get reviewed each week and by whom. This is the biggest difference between a mentorship and a course.
Is it built for my seat?
A program built for go-to-market leaders pushes different topics than one built for a whole leadership team. Pick the one that matches who you are trying to reach.
Is it running right now?
Cohort programs open and close. Ask for the next start date and whether the live parts are still live.
What do I keep when it ends?
A good program leaves you with a method and a backlog of ideas you can keep using without them.

FAQ
What is the best LinkedIn mentorship program for executives?
It depends on what you need. On this page's scoring, 1:1 Mentorship ranks first for executives who want to write their own posts with review on every draft. Pavilion's course is the strongest outside pick for go-to-market leaders, and JSM fits executives who want the setup done with them.
How much does a LinkedIn mentorship program cost?
It depends on length and how much is done for you, so prices are not listed here. Ask each provider and compare over the same number of weeks. For Mentorship, cost is scoped on a discovery call.
Is a LinkedIn mentorship program different from a LinkedIn coach?
A program has a set structure and an end date. A coach can be ongoing and shaped around you. If you want an individual coach, see best LinkedIn content coaches for founders.
How much time does an executive need for LinkedIn mentorship?
Plan for two to three hours a week if you write your own posts. A short course like the Maven one takes about three hours of live time in total. Done-with-you packages need less of your time up front, but you still have to post and reply.
Should a CEO write their own LinkedIn posts?
If the CEO has the time and wants the voice to stay theirs, yes, with someone reviewing. If not, a ghostwriter fits better. I laid out the options in LinkedIn ghostwriter alternatives.
Should an executive pick a cohort course or 1:1 mentorship?
Pick a course if you want the method fast and will practice alone. Pick 1:1 if you want someone to read your drafts, because a course with peers from other companies rarely reviews every post you write.
Can my company pay for a LinkedIn program?
Often, yes. Maven's course page lists a reimbursement option with an email template for your learning budget. Team programs like Great Influence's are bought by the company from the start. For Mentorship, ask on the discovery call.
Can a company buy LinkedIn mentorship for its whole leadership team?
Yes. Team programs like Great Influence's are built for that. 1:1 Mentorship works one person at a time.
What are red flags in a LinkedIn program for executives?
Guaranteed follower or lead numbers, a weekly load nobody will put in hours, ghostwriting sold as mentorship, and no date for the next cohort. Ask for the format in writing.
